As a customer you have the right to return part or all of the goods you ordered through our online store within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt, and after a telephone or written communication about your intention.

The cost of returning the products is borne by the buyer. In case our store is responsible for the change / return of the product then we will bear the return cost.

* We do not accept returns of broken and counterfeit products from the moment the delivery is made by the carrier, check the products and sign for their integrity.

* No changes are made to products that are on offer.

Products intended for return or change should:

• To be in the original delivery condition, (sealed as received) including packaging, instructions for use, peripherals & accessories.
• Not to have been used.
• To be mailed for return by the recipient of the product no later than (14) calendar days.
• Be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or invoice.

* Refunds are not made, unless the company decides otherwise in an individual case. In case you do not find yourself buying a new product, the purchase amount of that product is credited to the customer's account. This credit balance can be used in any new order desired by the customer. You will receive an e-mail in the form of an electronic gift voucher, which you can use in your next purchase, to deduct the amount from the total cost of your order. The Gift Voucher can be used for as many purchases as you wish until the balance is exhausted.

Attention, you can use only one gift voucher per purchase.

Cancellations

Your order can be canceled at any time if it has not been shipped. Cancellation is made by phone or email. The amount is returned in full and without any charge to the customer. Refunds are made the same way you paid, either by bank or credit card. If you do not receive the order and your order is shipped, then the product return case applies.

* If you have paid by credit / debit card and wish to cancel your transaction and if the products have not been sent to you, you must inform us immediately within 24 hours of the purchase order, by e-mail or phone, so that we can return it to you immediately the amount charged to your credit / debit card.
